Job summary

KPMG Ontario Region is seeking an experienced professional to support the Global Third-Party Management Program. You will coordinate governance activities, collect evidence, and track remediation across the supplier lifecycle.

The role requires at least 5 years of related experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI is preferred. Eligible for bonus awards based on performance.

Qualifications

This role will support KPMGI's Global Third-Party Management Program through governance coordination, supplier assurance, dependency tracking, reporting, and remediation follow-up.

What you will do

• Coordinate implementation and ongoing operation of the Global Third-Party Risk Management Framework, standards, procedures, and governance activities across the supplier lifecycle.
• Support risk-based reviews of critical and strategic suppliers by coordinating assurance activities, collecting evidence, documenting findings, and tracking remediation to closure.
• Maintain accurate supplier inventories, criticality assessments, service dependencies, ownership information, and risk data across Global Functions and Member Firms.
• Coordinate supplier assurance and resilience testing, including review of business continuity, recovery, compliance, security, privacy, and control evidence.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, executive materials, and risk insights covering supplier performance, conformance, dependencies, issues, and emerging third-party risks.
• Partner with Procurement, Risk, Legal, Information Security, business stakeholders, and Member Firms to improve program consistency, stakeholder engagement, and third-party risk outcomes.

What you bring to the role

• Minimum 5 years of experience in third-party risk management, supplier governance, operational resilience, business continuity, procurement risk, or a related discipline
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications in third-party risk, resilience, business continuity, information security, or project management are a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of third-party management frameworks, supplier lifecycle processes, risk assessment methodologies, and ongoing monitoring practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders across risk, procurement, legal, information security, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex supplier risks into actionable business insights
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and experience developing or interpreting dashboards, reports, and management information using tools such as Power BI.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
