A leading Canadian bank in Winnipeg is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Personal Banking and Commercial Banking. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of recruitment experience and at least 3 years in people management. You will lead a recruitment team, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This full-time position offers the chance to influence hiring practices in a collaborative and progressive environment.
Job Description
What is the opportunity?
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Personal Banking and Commercial Banking, you will be the primary relationship manager for all talent acquisition activity to a wide range of business leaders in Western Canada. With a strong commitment to partnership and delivering on our organizational talent strategy, you will partner with Human Resource Business Partners and the local business market leaders to ensure best in class talent acquisition strategies are in place for each business and will lead all local market recruitment initiatives. You will also be accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment team by building their capability, and supporting and implementing new tools, programs and processes to ensure RBC’s continued competitiveness in the communities we serve.
