Job summary

Foreseeson Technology Inc. in Richmond, Canada, is seeking a Manager of Software Systems & Digital Solutions to lead development, management and continuous improvement of our software platforms, digital systems and technology infrastructure powering EV charging and Energy Storage solutions, manufacturing, IT distribution, inventory, and customer service.

The role reports to senior management, requiring a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in software leadership, overseeing budgets, cybersecurity,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, computer engineering or related field is required.
At least 5 years of experience managing software systems, digital platform delivery projects, or related technical teams.
Experience managing the software development life cycle is required.
Experience with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, reporting tools, cybersecurity controls, software architecture, or system integration.
Experience developing and implementing technical policies, procedures, and standards is required.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, vendor deliverables, and cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

Planning, directing, and evaluating operations of software systems, digital platforms, and business applications.
Managing software development, system integration, and platform enhancement projects.
Defining requirements, specifications, timelines, budgets, and service expectations with departments, clients, vendors, and partners.
Leading cross-functional teams including developers, QA, IT, data/reporting personnel, and external consultants.
