Job summary

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing Solutions to lead complex SAP engagements for manufacturing clients in Canada.

The role is primarily remote with significant travel (30–50%), requiring strong leadership and deep SAP experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations. You will drive solution architecture, design authority, and governance, mentor consultants, and ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience in industrial manufacturing environments
• Minimum 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Strong S/4HANA experience and ability to lead design & architecture sessions
• Proven experience leading functional design and solution architecture
• Ability to work in a primarily remote setting with 30–50% travel

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP solutioning for Industrial Manufacturing clients.
• Translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead client discovery, executive workshops and fit-to-standard sessions.
• Support RFP responses, proposals and client presentations.
• Define solution scope, assumptions and functional effort estimates.
• Develop industry-specific value propositions and business cases.
• Serve as the functional design authority throughout delivery.
• Ensure alignment between the proposed solution and implementation outcomes.
• Review process designs and blueprint deliverables.
• Support scope management and change order discussions.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Develop reusable industry accelerators and practice IP.

Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing Solutions to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in industrial manufacturing environments with minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations is required, along with strong S/4HANA experience. Should also have proven experience leading functional design and solution architecture. This is primarily a remote work setting, with approximately 30–50% travel expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP solutioning for Industrial Manufacturing clients.
