Job description

Senior Manager, Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Quality and Regulatory Affairs role at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services.

This job involves planning, managing, and coordinating the Provincial Quality and Regulatory Affairs Department, ensuring alignment with national standards, overseeing quality management systems, accreditation, compliance, and team development. The role reports to the National Director and requires experience in quality systems, regulatory knowledge, leadership, and relevant certifications.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,400 to $140,800 per year and benefits, with a start date of June 2, 2025. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with some travel expected.

Key responsibilities include managing quality systems, developing HR and financial plans, supporting strategic initiatives, representing the company at meetings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications include a degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, relevant certifications, six years of lab experience, and leadership experience.
