Job summary

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in public accounting, CPA designation preferred, and a track record of managing multiple engagements while delivering high-quality service and technical guidance to staff.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Experience leading engagements and coordinating teams.
• Proven ability to manage client files, deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee assurance, review and compilation engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage client relationships, deadlines and deliverables with high service levels.
• Review work and provide coaching, mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with Partners on complex accounting matters and engagement strategy.
• Support workflow planning, team development and practice growth.
