Our client is a well-known and aggressively expanding development, infrastructure, and real-estate powerhouse looking to add to their team a Senior Manager, Property Accounting on a permanent basis. If you have the industry background and enjoy managing people managers while also being hands-on, please reach out and contact us.

This is a hybrid role.

As the Senior Manager, Property Accounting, you will be the leader for the Company's Canadian accounting team. This includes managing and developing staff, working collaboratively with others, and owning the operational accounting and reporting for your group.

Qualifications include :

• CPA with 8+ years of direct relevant experience (audit and / or industry)
• Experience managing and developing people managers
• Systems savvy (Dynamics 365, Yardi, Excel, etc.)
