This onsite role leads a portfolio of product development programs, defining scope, schedules, budgets and KPIs, and partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to ensure successful launches and profitability.

The role requires extensive automotive program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a willingness to travel 15% (including international trips).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years leading and developing program managers or technical teams.
• Extensive automotive product design and development experience with OEM engagement.

Join Our Team as a Senior Manager – Program Management!Location: Mississauga, ON (100% onsite)Salary Range: $150-175K annually, plus annual bonusVacancy Type: Existing positionSchedule: Straight Day ShiftTravel: 15% including travel between local sites and occasional international travelOur next Senior Manager, Automotive Program Management will provide strategic leadership to a team of Program Managers responsible for driving automotive product development and successful program execution from RFQ through series production.
