As the Senior Manager, Process Operations- Regional, you will operationalize and evolve the downstream Innovation‑to‑Consumer (I2C) operating model within the Regions, ensuring seamless integration between Global functions and in‑region execution teams. You will translate enterprise operating frameworks into consistent, scalable, and effective regional practices that enable high‑quality, on‑time seasonal delivery across Product, Brand/Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
Partnering with a broad set of cross‑functional stakeholders, you define business needs and dependencies that drive clarity across regional inputs, outputs, decision points, and ways of working, ensuring alignment to global standards while enabling regional business needs. You will champion process excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve workflows, ultimately enhancing speed to market, decision quality, and operational effectiveness.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
The Process Operations team sits at the heart of Arc’Teryx’s end‑to‑end value chain, leading enterprise‑wide alignment and advancing a culture of radical collaboration. We optimize the intersection of Product Creation, Supply Chain, Product Data, and Regional Go‑To‑Market, acting as an internal consultancy that identifies, designs, optimizes, and implements process improvements and operating model changes.
We establish the company’s I2C /Go‑To‑Market rhythm of business by standardizing calendars and tools, clarifying deliverables and decision rights, and embedding KPI‑led performance management. We govern product data, modernize reporting, and build capabilities that enable forward‑looking visibility, better planning, faster decisions, and on‑time seasonal delivery.
As an essential thought partner to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, we deliver clarity, consistency, and cohesion, empowering our people to achieve operational excellence, accelerate our Go‑To‑Market approach, and strengthen the enterprise through quality processes and measurable outcomes.
The salary range for this role is CAD$126,000 - CAD$165,000.
Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’Teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
