The firm is seeking a Senior Manager in the Greater Toronto Area to lead assurance and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio, mentor staff, and drive growth initiatives. You will manage key client relationships, provide guidance across accounting, tax, and operations, and support partners with complex engagements.

Requirements include a CPA designation and 10+ years in Canadian public accounting, with 2–3+ years in a Senior Manager role preferred.

About the Company

Our client is a mid-sized accounting firm. They are looking for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for reviewing assurance and accounting engagements, managing client relationships, mentoring staff, attending client meetings, and helping oversee a growing portfolio of mid-market private company clients. This person must have the technical expertise, leadership skills, and client presence to assume approximately 40-50% of Hamad's current responsibilities and become a key contributor to the firm's future growth.

Salary Range

$140,000 - $175,000/year
