Our team’s core objectives are to drive global growth across our eReader and Accessory products, Subscriptions, eBooks and Audiobooks through the Kobo website and apps.Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, the **Senior Manager, Performance Marketing** plays a vital role in driving growth by managing the digital and full funnel marketing strategies for Kobo’s products and services. Working across a number of English and non-English regions, this role will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales with relevant content, paid media strategies, and campaigns across digital channels. They will have strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, be capable of demonstrating data to advise decisions, be a strong collaborator and team leader, and be accomplished at managing multiple priority projects.A high-energy, data-driven marketer, with experience in eCommerce and a deep desire to continually grow acquisition targets will thrive in this role.**The Person:**You have your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in digital marketing and are the go-to for new insights. You have broad skills and experience across digital marketing channels, especially within Affiliate Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Social Marketing.
