The Role:
The Senior Manager, Operations at Medcan oversees and optimizes our Dedicated Care and M Care teams, and plays a key role in planning and designing future growth and transformation efforts in membership. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and previous leadership or mid-management experience. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, performance metrics, and collaborating with the inter-professional care team to promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and compliance with legislative requirements.
This role is pivotal in leading our multi-site growth, expansion, and transformation initiatives. It requires a seasoned leader with operational expertise, proven management of diverse clinical teams, and strategic foresight for future-proofing the organization.

This is an 18-22 month contract position, based on-site at 150 York Street, Toronto, with one remote day per week. The role includes weekend manager on-duty rotation. Reporting to Lilliette Davidson, Director, Membership Client Care Centre.
