lululemon Athletica is seeking a Senior Manager, North America Construction to lead the end-to-end delivery of major investments across North America West, including New Stores, Expansions, Relocations and Renovations. You will build and manage a team of Project Managers, partner with Real Estate, Design and Operations, ensure projects meet time, budget and quality standards, and travel up to 30%.

• 8+ years of project management in retail construction or related
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong budgeting, value engineering and change order management
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing PM team (5+ direct reports).
• Oversee end-to-end construction portfolio across New Stores, Expansions, Relocations, Renovations in US/Canada.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and vendor interactions with stakeholders.
• Provide executive reporting and portfolio updates with key metrics and risks.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
