What You Will Do

• Provide guidance from a D365 Solution perspective for business decisions on incidents and problems related to performance, scalability, reliability, and security, including identifying and communicating technical risks.
• Deliver high-quality business and software services, ensuring best practices aligned with Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configurations/customizations.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including software products, customizations, and integrations.
• Develop functional or technical design documents with current best practices and solution alternatives.
• Lead release packages to environments following Microsoft best practices and standards, ensuring third-party solutions adhere to these standards.
• Support pre-sales activities, including designing demos, proof of concepts, and presenting to clients.
• Develop scope and estimates for sales proposals and statements of work.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and developments.
• Ensure successful project completion from a solution perspective, driving innovation and contributing to practice growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and support practice development.

What You Bring To The Role

• 10+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect with end-to-end D365 F&O solutions, providing consulting to enterprise clients.
• Strong technical architecture expertise, especially in integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with other Microsoft products and third-party or legacy systems.
• Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, particularly Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to discern when to use out-of-the-box features versus custom development or third-party solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Finance & Operations architecture, ISVs, and inclusion in project implementations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in pre-sales support, including proposal development and demonstrations.
• Confident interaction with management at all levels.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The base salary range is $128,000 to $179,500, potentially with bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
