What You Will Do

• Provide guidance from a D365 Solution perspective for business decisions on incidents and problems related to performance, scalability, reliability, and security, including identifying and communicating technical risks.
• Deliver high-quality business and software services to clients, ensuring adherence to Microsoft Dynamics standards and best practices.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, including software products, customizations, and integrations.
• Develop functional or technical design documents with current best practices and solution alternatives.
• Lead release packages to environments, ensuring compliance with Microsoft best practices and standards for third-party solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, including designing demos, proof of concept solutions, and presenting to clients.
• Own estimates for sales proposals and statements of work, collaborating with consultants to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and developments.
• Ensure successful project completion from a solution perspective, drive technological innovation, and contribute to the growth of our offerings.
• Mentor junior consultants and support practice growth.

What You Bring To The Role

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with end-to-end solutions using D365 F&O, providing consulting to enterprise clients.
• Strong technical architecture skills, especially in integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with other Microsoft solutions and third-party or legacy systems.
• Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, particularly Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to distinguish when to use out-of-the-box features versus custom development or third-party solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex topics to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of Finance & Operations architecture, ISVs, and integration strategies.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Experience in pre-sales support, including proposals and demonstrations.
• Confident interaction with all management levels.

Additional Information

The expected salary range in BC is $128,000 to $179,500, possibly with bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
