What You Will Do
  1. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement for our clients, provide a clear roadmap for transformation, and support the implementation, including vendor selection, technology implementation, change management, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  2. Assess the client’s legal function through the lens of processes, technology, people, service delivery, governance, KPIs, and data.
  3. Optimize and automate legal operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload, including redesigning workflows, implementing automation tools, and enhancing process documentation for consistency and clarity.
  4. Enable clients to automate routine tasks, ensuring compliance and reducing administrative burden.
What You Bring To The Role
  1. 6+ years of experience in legal technology and as a practicing lawyer
  2. Broad legal transformation and artificial intelligence experience and proficiency
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, and a practical and pragmatic style toward providing legal solutions
  4. The ability to balance the demands of an emerging practice
  5. In good standing with provincial law society
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as administrative and time management skills
  7. Inclusive leadership style
  8. Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  9. Self-driven and detail oriented
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information

The expected annual base salary for this position is $149,500 - $191,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
