Job Description

The Learning Solutions Architect is responsible for developing innovative learning solutions and leading the end-to-end creation, execution, and documentation of long-term/multi-year learning strategies and roadmaps based on business needs and enterprise strategy.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary Range

$108,800 - $163,200 CAD plus discretionary variable bonus based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary strategic partner to business leaders, HRBP's, and Learning COE leads.
• Lead performance consulting and conduct needs analysis to identify capability gaps.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and address learning needs.
• Provide learning advisory and thought leadership, including innovative solutions and rollout plans.
• Develop and execute long-term learning strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Manage relationships with external learning partners and ensure strategy execution.
• Identify and leverage learning assets to support business outcomes.
• Ensure alignment of learning strategies with evolving business needs.
• Report on the progress of learning assets and strategies.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform detailed needs assessments at organizational, team, and project levels.
• Strong knowledge of the Insurance Industry, with preferred knowledge of TD Insurance LOBs.
• Experience with performance consulting methodologies and adult learning best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
