About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will define and oversee the strategy & roadmap for our platform capabilities, enhancing digital product development and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business goals to inform platform priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders to shape platform strategy and prioritize needs.
• Lead platform strategy, planning, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor trends to inform strategy and propose solutions.
• Establish roadmaps and release plans aligned with business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor platform performance and champion improvements.
• Determine resources and skills needed for the platform team.
• Build and guide the platform engineering team applying agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing Developer Portal capabilities at scale.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, IaaS (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform), and infrastructure as code tools.
• Strong relationship-building and project management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,100 - $150,100, plus performance-based bonus. Benefits include healthcare, wellbeing programs, and more, tailored to your needs.
