Senior Manager, IT - Infrastructure Security & Data Protection

Join Kraft Heinz as a Senior Manager, IT - Infrastructure Security & Data Protection. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our Infrastructure Security & Data Protection team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain security and data protection infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain security infrastructure such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, CASB, NAC, and secure web gateways.
2. Develop and execute a zero-trust security strategy aligned with organizational goals.
3. Collaborate with IT Operations, Architecture, and Cloud teams to embed security into all processes.
4. Create and uphold security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.
5. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing; develop mitigation strategies.
6. Support incident response efforts during security breaches or incidents.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in network, infrastructure, and cloud security.
• Proven ability to design and implement security infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, Zero Trust).
• Experience with cloud security tools and environments (e.g., Wiz, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
