Natural Factors is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead global strategy and delivery of our technology infrastructure. You will manage a 25+ strong team, drive modernization, and partner with executives to support growth and operational excellence.

The role requires 10+ years in IT leadership, deep experience with Microsoft tech, VMware, Citrix, Azure/AWS, and multi-site operations. Onsite in Coquitlam, with a competitive salary and discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with ongoing cloud/infrastructure development.
• 10+ years IT infrastructure leadership, with large teams (25+ direct/indirect reports).
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft tech, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing infrastructure ops across multi-site/global environments and time zones.
• Proven success in strategic planning, budgeting, cybersecurity risk management, and large initiatives.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global technology infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven people leader with experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, retail, or a related industry to play a key role in supporting business growth, modernization initiatives, and operational excellence across a complex enterprise environment.

Job Status: Permanent Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible as required)
Work Location: Onsite (2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC)
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, including managing large teams of direct and indirect reports (25+), while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define and execute short- and long-term infrastructure strategies that support business objectives and future growth.
• Oversee the design, maintenance, security, and optimization of cloud, network, server, telecommunications, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Drive operational excellence by managing incidents, projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and service performance across the organization.
• Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to identify risks, implement technology solutions, and support organizational transformation initiatives.

You have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with ongoing professional development in cloud, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure leadership experience, including leadership of large teams (25+ direct and indirect reports) within manufacturing, distribution, operations, retail, or a related industry.
• Strong technical expertise with Microsoft technologies, VMware, Citrix Virtual Desktop, Azure and/or AWS, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing infrastructure operations within complex, multi-site or global environments spanning multiple time zones.
• Proven success in strategic planning, vendor management, budgeting, cybersecurity risk management, and leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
