The Senior Manager, Global Wealth Management Operations (GWMO), Operations & Regulatory PMO plays a key role supporting business partners in executing major multidisciplinary initiatives across Global Wealth Management (GWM). This role involves strategic design and support for high-priority business initiatives, ensuring transformation projects are on track by improving program management governance and frameworks, and gaining a deep understanding of GWM products, policies, vendors, and business lines.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  1. Lead program and project teams on complex, time-sensitive initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across the bank.
  2. Be accountable for planning, executing, and delivering programs/projects aligned with business goals, applying strategic-to-tactical approaches.
  3. Provide innovative solutions to complex problems, balancing scope, time, and quality.
  4. Collaborate with transformation teams, business units, and stakeholders globally to maintain momentum on deliverables and milestones.
  5. Create and present project artifacts to senior executives, lead steering committee meetings, and track expenditures against budgets.
  6. Manage financials, prepare funding requests, and develop business cases following finance and ePMO guidelines.
  7. Design program management frameworks, governance, and tools to ensure successful execution and efficient use of time.
  8. Champion continuous delivery improvements and modernize presentation templates and dashboards.
Do you have the skills to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
  1. A post-secondary degree with 7+ years of experience in program/project management and productivity improvement.
  2. Consulting experience is a plus.
  3. Knowledge of Wealth Management operations, client journeys, and regulatory environment is an asset.
  4. Expertise in portfolio, program, and project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
  5. PMP certification is an asset.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Leadership skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
  8. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  10. Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset.
