Job summary

Toronto Parking Authority seeks a Senior Manager, EV Network Development to lead product planning and delivery of mobility and technology services, transforming the organization into a leading integrated provider with a seamless customer experience across touchpoints. You will develop roadmaps and coordinate with IT and Operations to improve service delivery and margins.

Responsibilities include leading mobility and tech-driven experiences, driving end-to-end projects, overseeing procurement

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of product management and program delivery experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in EV charging, mobility, retail, digital and/or omnichannel experience.
Broad knowledge in product management, e-commerce and digital programs is an asset.
Sound knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategy roadmaps for emerging mobility and EV charging.
Lead development for mobility and tech-driven customer experiences including hardware and digital touchpoints.
Deliver end-to-end projects on scope, time and budget in collaboration with IT and operations.
Lead SOW, RFP, RFQ, and EOI processes for procurement.
Manage the digital portfolio with KPIs, dashboards and monthly reporting.
Represent TPA interests in cross-functional groups and with external stakeholders.
