Job summary

Toronto Parking Authority is seeking a Senior Manager, EV Network Development to drive product planning, execution and delivery of mobility and technology services across physical and digital touchpoints. You will develop roadmaps, coordinate with IT and Operations teams, and lead cross‑functional delivery to transform TPA into a leading mobility services provider.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related discipline (Business, Marketing, Planning, Project Management, Information Technology or equivalent).
• Minimum three (3) years of product management and program delivery experience.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in EV charging, mobility, retail, digital and/or omnichannel experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy roadmaps based on current and directional trends related to emerging mobility (incl. EV Charging), digital business and customer “must haves”.
• Lead product development for mobility, technology-driven customer experiences including customer-facing hardware and digital touchpoints, innovation prototypes and pilots, and technology integration; support parking services, EV Charging, Bike Share and other mobility services.
• Execute on strategic initiatives to deliver superior experiences that bridge digital and physical channels to drive revenues and enhance customer experiences.
• In collaboration with IT, build new systems, processes, and end-to-end requirements to deliver new business and customer experiences; lead delivery of projects within portfolio on scope, time, and budget.
• Lead creation of Scope of Work (SOW) for procurement processes (RFP/RFQ/EOI) and coordinate with Merx and open markets.
• Manage the digital business portfolio with project setup, tracking, and monthly KPI reviews; analyze data and reports for improvements.
• Represent TPA on working groups and pilots; identify new business opportunities and coordinate with City programs.
• Oversee approvals and coordination with City and external stakeholders related to product development.
