Job summary

TD is seeking a senior IT asset governance leader in Toronto to build and mature TRM/TPM capabilities. You will define data ownership, lifecycle standards, and governance across software and hardware models, collaborating with architecture and platform teams to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.

You will lead a team of analysts, drive adoption of standards, and manage exceptions while partnering with enterprise stakeholders to deliver a streamlined technology catalogue and controls

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in IT asset management, enterprise architecture or technology governance.
  • 5+ years leading teams of analysts and specialists.
  • Hands-on depth in ServiceNow TPM, TRM and APM; working knowledge of SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB and CSDM.
  • Experience building governance frameworks or new platform capabilities from scratch.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF or IT4IT and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Build the capability for TRM/TPM governance and lifecycle data for software/hardware models.
  • Define ownership, attestation cycles, and quality rules for product catalogue data.
  • Partner with platform owners on configuration, content feeds, and capability roadmap.
  • Own technology standards governance and oversee exceptions and remediation plans.
  • Align TRM/TPM with enterprise architecture and regulatory/audit expectations.
