What is the opportunity?

As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will help execute digital marketing strategies across public-facing digital channels. This role involves three key functions: digital marketing campaign execution, optimizing digital acquisition through public websites, and online website maintenance and reporting. You will collaborate with Marketing & Product stakeholders to execute campaign visions and play a key role in driving digital sales by architecting and orchestrating digital client journeys. This position requires a balance of technical digital marketing skills and strong relationship-building abilities in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed organization.

Job Summary & Description

Responsibilities include leading digital campaign builds, analyzing digital funnels for opportunities, building A/B testing and optimization roadmaps, maintaining strong relationships with partners, tracking performance, and managing projects related to website development and functionality across devices.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital site management and digital marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of digital sales, user experience, content marketing, and strategic thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional client, project, and vendor management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal)
  • Technical proficiency and adaptability to various digital marketing platforms

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in financial services
  • Ecommerce or digital product ownership experience
  • Knowledge of web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Experience with analytics/reporting platforms like SQL and QuickSight
  • Understanding of responsive design, modern UX, and development constraints
