Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking an Associate Director, DES Engineering, to lead technical reviews and provide engineering guidance for digital, connected products. The role oversees hardware/software disciplines, ground software, and data analytics to support engine health management services across a diverse product portfolio.

The position is based at Longueuil or Mississauga, working Monday to Friday, with on-site hours and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Eligible for Professional Engineering status in Canada.
• Proven program/project management experience with ability to influence executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of technical teams in airborne hardware/software, IoT connectivity, data analytics, and reporting.
• Establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for airborne products and ground software.
• Lead long-term digital product strategies and coordinate cross‑disciplinary engineering activities.
• Collaborate with PMO and customers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
