  • Lead a team of Credit Analysts, providing guidance, leadership, coaching and development to achieve group objectives.
  • Own the overall credit portfolio, ensuring structured deals meet risk policies and may structure complex deals.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience while driving profitable growth in line with business strategy.
  • Act as a consultant to the team for resolving customer operational and credit issues and structuring new credit requests.
  • Structure and package competitive credit solutions to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to deliver optimal service.
  • Understand market and industry factors to inform credit decisions and portfolio strategy.
  • Escalate significant risk matters and exceptions as primary point of contact.
  • Contribute to TD brand through networking and external partnerships.
  • Lead with risk management and ensure compliance with TD's risk appetite and policies.
