Job summary

CentreCourt is seeking a Manager, Construction Accounting & Finance to shape the financial success of high-rise residential developments in the Greater Toronto Area. You will lead the Construction Accounting team, partner with site teams, and deliver timely, insightful financial analyses to drive project performance and informed decision‑making across a $1.25B active pipeline.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or equivalent preferred.
• Progressive experience in construction accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience leading and mentoring accounting teams.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Ontario construction industry practices is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site teams to provide financial oversight across the construction lifecycle.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting for multiple active developments.
• Lead month-end closing, variance analyses, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve project controls and financial visibility.
• Lead and develop the Construction Accounting team for on-time delivery.
