Your Role: Responsible for contract and software compliance, leading a team, and partnering with multiple departments to ensure seamless contract management and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising on Contract Lifecycle Management and Software Compliance best practices.
• Enforcing standards to improve quality and productivity.
• Communicating contract status, risks, and compliance issues.
• Identifying process improvements and leading audits.
• Developing business cases and feasibility studies.
• Implementing Software Compliance Frameworks and tools.
• Collaborating on contract renewals and aligning technology roadmaps.
• Managing costs and providing financial forecasting.
• Reporting on KPIs and building stakeholder partnerships.
• Mentoring team members and managing workloads and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Technology and/or Contract Management and Software Compliance.
• 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Strong negotiation, financial, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and French.
