Senior Manager, Compliance and Contracts Management (T & I) (Telework/Hybrid)

Role Overview

You are a seasoned leader with experience in contract and/or software compliance, responsible for Contract Lifecycle Management and Software Compliance Framework. Reporting to the Director of Software Architecture and Contract Management, you will lead a team of Senior Analysts and Contract Administrators, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business partners to ensure seamless contract management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advise and provide expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management and Software Compliance best practices.
  2. Enforce standards to improve quality and productivity.
  3. Communicate contract status, financial forecasts, risks, and compliance updates to stakeholders.
  4. Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  5. Develop business cases and feasibility studies.
  6. Lead the implementation of the Software Compliance Framework.
  7. Manage internal and external audits for software compliance.
  8. Define strategies for contract renewals based on business priorities and risks.
  9. Collaborate with technical teams to align technology roadmaps with contract management lifecycle.
  10. Identify cost reduction opportunities and optimize technology footprint.
  11. Provide financial forecasting for contracts and report on KPIs.
  12. Build partnerships with internal departments and external vendors.
  13. Mentor and manage the contract team, overseeing workload, development, and well-being.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in Technology and/or Contract Lifecycle Management and Software Compliance.
  • Minimum 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Strong negotiation and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Willingness to travel monthly between Toronto and Montreal.
