Job summary

Aviva Canada is hiring a Senior Manager, Integration Platform in a collaborative Software Engineering team. You will lead enterprise integration initiatives, drive cloud-native solutions using Spring Boot and AWS, and mentor both frontend and backend developers.

You will engage with business partners and architects to align technical strategy with business goals, while guiding architecture, coding standards, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of progressive software development with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams while delivering technical solutions.
• Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API integrations, and messaging at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers (frontend + backend) and drive high-performance culture.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while contributing to design, development, and delivery.
