About the Team

Drive strategic initiatives to optimize delivery models, resource allocation, and process efficiency across global teams, focusing on continuous improvement and scalability. Provide technical leadership in solution design, architecture reviews, and resolving critical issues during development and deployment. Champion standardization of processes, documentation, and coding guidelines while fostering a culture of accountability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful delivery of RAVE Custom Scripts, Data Extracts, Reports, and SQL solutions aligned with client expectations and standards.
• Oversee project planning and execution in collaboration with Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Drive initiatives to optimize delivery models, resource use, and process efficiency globally, emphasizing continuous improvement and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design guidance, architecture reviews, and issue resolution during development and deployment.
• Act as primary escalation point for technical and delivery challenges, working closely with client and internal stakeholders for resolution.
• Standardize processes, documentation, and coding guidelines across teams, fostering accountability and quality.
• Mentor and coach team leads and developers to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Lead review meetings with senior leadership, presenting metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with QA and compliance teams to align deliverables with regulations and audit standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and innovation, promoting best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications include over 20 years of experience in building, architecting, and delivering enterprise systems, with strong technical, management, and consulting skills. Expertise in Medidata Rave, scripting, data extraction, web and enterprise application development, AI, machine learning, cloud, and other advanced technologies is required. Educational background should include an MBA and a B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields.

Compensation ranges from C$124,000 to C$150,000, including base salary and bonus. Note: Beware of scams; Medidata recruiters will not ask for money or banking details.
