Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management - Change & Delivery Risk in Toronto. The role focuses on designing, implementing and monitoring change governance to align with evolving regulations and risk practices.

You will work in the Second Line of Defence to ensure robust risk management across programs. You will lead governance initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and present risk insights to executives while driving continuous improvement in risk programs and regulatory

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of related experience in risk management, delivery or audit.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership and planning skills to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with risk and business partners to coordinate and deliver Change & Delivery Risk programs.
• Own, enhance and implement Change & Delivery Risk programs aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Develop target state Change & Delivery Risk programs integrated with EGRC ServiceNow.
• Consolidate and communicate the Change & Delivery Risk view to senior management.
• Ensure program documentation meets regulatory standards and timelines.
• Benchmark TD methodologies against industry practices and regulations.
• Represent TD with Regulators and industry groups.
• Identify and develop talent to strengthen the workforce.
