Job summary

TMX Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management - Change Management, to support ERM and Operational Resilience across CDS and CDCC. The role provides second-line oversight of non-financial risks, with reporting to the Manager of ERM & Non-Financial Resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of risk management, audit, or compliance in financial services or consulting.
• Experience delivering ERM/ORM projects including Operational Resilience and Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of financial markets, market infrastructures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support CMRE risk identification, assessment, and oversight for significant changes and projects.
• Assist maintenance and evolution of the Post-Trade risk taxonomy across CDS and CDCC.
• Support periodic refresh of the Risk Appetite Statement and monitoring of breaches.
• Contribute to top-risk identification and quarterly risk reporting to SLT, RMC, and Board.
• Coordinate incident reporting, root cause analyses, and corrective action tracking.
• Assist enterprise-wide training programs to embed risk awareness across the first line.
