The Senior Manager Brand Management will play a key role in collaborating across key functions to build activate and sustain CFs reputation management approach. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a coordinated fact-based approach to measuring and actioning on insights to evolve CFs reputation across its key stakeholder groups in alignment with CF Purpose and Values. The role will also manage CFs employer brand and related communications as well as CFs Corporate Philanthropy programs and supporting processes including giving governance and impact measures.
This position will require the successful candidate to work four days per week in the office.
What you will deliver :
- Establish and activate an enterprise brand management framework for CF including cross functional responsibilities. Develop and activate coordination processes manage interdependencies.
- Collaborate to structure activate and sustain a corporate brand scorecard for CF that builds on existing CF measurement practices. This includes defining KPI(s) drivers action loops and activation approach across prioritized stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate to evolve enterprise storytelling / communications plan for CF that builds on existing CF practices and linked in to reputation KPI insights and focus areas . This includes targeted key messages stories and vehicles across prioritized stakeholder groups.
- Manage CFs employer brand including external communications ensure alignment of stories with CFs employer value proposition ENPS measures and other insights.
- Activate CFs philanthropy strategy ensuring appropriate allocation of CFs funds . Oversee CFs philanthropy giving programs including Building Communities and Vibrant Communities.
- Manage CFs philanthropy giving budget including tracking reporting and forecasting to ensure CF total donations do not exceed annual budget. Coordinate and report CFs philanthropy scorecard including total CF giving (donations goods in kind employee time etc.) and CF social output measures.
- Establish philanthropy governance processes and disciplines. Apply these in allocation of CF funds. This includes planning budget allocation identifying donation / grant partners consulting with internal advisors and facilitating timely decision making processes. Ensure giving decisions align with CF Giving Principles and related decision-making criteria.
- Represent CF and manage key relationships with the charitable organizations that CF supports. Includes sharing CFs strategic philanthropic priorities exploring partnership opportunities supporting property activations and communicating funding decisions (positive or negative).
- Lead in providing content and metrics related to philanthropy and social impact for ESG reports awards submissions and other documentation.
- Build project change management and sustainment plans as needed to enable manage and continuously improve the above. Includes program documentation tracking tools scorecards communication plans narratives and other artifacts.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple stakeholder groups across the business community partners and third-party vendors and advisors. Includes coordinating thoughtful responsive communications consistent with CF Values.

What you need to succeed :
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in data and insights program management and leading cross functional initiatives that are new to a company with a track record of success.
- Experience in creating implementing and managing enterprise programs.
- Experience and knowledge of data and analytics including communicating meaningful business insights.
- Experience in project leadership change management budget management.
- Experience developing written meaningful and impactful communications and stories.
