Job summary

MNP is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Assurance & Accounting team in Canada. You will lead client-facing engagement teams on audits, reviews and compliance work, while delivering tailored financial insights to help clients make informed decisions.

As a trusted adviser, you will manage a portfolio of clients, drive value, mentor staff and contribute to business development. Travel flexibility is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 7 years of relevant public accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of business, accounting and practice development.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagement teams on audits, reviews and tax engagements.
• Deliver expert assurance and accounting technical guidance.
• Manage client portfolios, relationships and growth.
• Plan engagements, budgets, billing and project finances.
• Maintain quality control and address client issues.
• Network locally and contribute to proposals and business development.
• Mentor and coach team members for development.
• Travel as needed.
