The ideal candidate has CPA designation (or near completion) and 5+ years in public accounting, with strong leadership and advisory capabilities. On-site role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or nearing completion.
• Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong assurance and tax review background.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability with staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements.
• Manage client relationships across a diverse portfolio.
• Mentor and review work of staff accountants and seniors.
• Ensure CPA standards and firm methodology compliance.
• Support partners with workflow management and client delivery.
• Plan, review, and finalize engagements and financial statements.
• Use CaseWare, TaxPrep, Sage, QuickBooks/QBO, and MS Office.
