Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead CNB Treasury Management Integration Services. You will guide a team of engineers, plan technical projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

You will drive key treasury integration programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver seamless solutions with cost efficiency and minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, .NET, React, JavaScript, REST APIs, microservices, and NoSQL/SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of development and application resources, including FTEs and contractors.
• Provide direction, coaching, and staff development to build capability.
• Partner with Product Owners and technical teams.
• Set technical direction and align with IT strategy.
• Contribute to technical strategy, roadmaps, and currency for applications.
• Advise on architecture and cross-functional partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day resource allocation and address staffing needs.
• Enforce engineering best practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and quality standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely risk resolution.
• Identify opportunities to reuse knowledge and accelerate solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular partnership meetings.

What is the Opportunity?

Senior Manager – CNB Treasury Management Integration Services will lead a team of engineers, plan technical projects, collaborate with business partners, bridge the gap between business goals and technological solutions. Manage and provide leadership to the delivery team and ensure the successful completion of projects and department priorities on time, within budget and meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Manager will lead key Treasury Management integration projects driving client centric solutions ensuring seamless milestone tracking, transparent reporting, and successful program closure. This role combines integration leadership expertise with hands‑on engineering oversight, coordinating cross-functional technology teams and contractor resources to deliver integration solutions while maximizing cost savings and minimizing business disruption through systematic sunset planning.

What will you do?

• Lead a team of development and application specialist resources; including FTEs, and contractors.
• Provides direction, expertise, feedback, coaching and development to build the capability of the staff and empower the team.
• Partners closely with Product Owners and Technical resources aligned to our Business Partners.
• Sets technical direction for ensuring adherence to overall IT direction.
• Key contributor in the creation of technical strategy, roadmap and technical currency for applications within portfolio.
• Expert consultant on technical and management direction for applications and processes within area of responsibility, with a focus on the cross-functional partnerships.
• Manages day to day allocation of resources and anticipates any staff shortages or surpluses and proactively addresses any issues and hiring needs.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and quality standards
• Ensures adherence to all internal and external regulatory regulations with timely resolution of identified Risks or findings.
• Researches emerging trends/best practices and determines implications of proposed solutions on meeting business unit strategy.
• Identifies technical and business opportunities to take advantage of cross organizational knowledge, best practices and reusability to expedite solutions and enhance quality.
• 3rd party vendor relationships - establishes and maintains positive relationships by effectively communicating through a variety of techniques and collaboration, including daily standups and regular partnership meetings.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership management experience in software development.
• Minimum of 5 years of recent financial services or fintech experience
• Advanced experience with Big Data Technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka), .Net, React, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microservices, NoSQL/SQL databases.
• Experience with DevOps, CD/CI tools- GitHub, Helios or similar tools and Cloud technologies (OpenShift, Azure, AWS etc.).
• Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
• Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
• A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
• Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
