Job summary

Canada Goose in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics & BI to lead the enterprise reporting and analytics ecosystem. You will own the BI roadmap, partner with the Data team to co-develop scalable pipelines, and drive analytics projects that translate data into measurable business impact.

You will apply forecasting, statistical modeling, and machine learning to complex problems, mentor teams, and ensure governance and high data quality across reports and dashboards using Power

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics or related field
• Experience leading projects and influencing technical direction
• Strong experience transforming complex data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Lead BI strategy, design, and delivery for enterprise reporting
• Partner with Data/Data Engineering to build scalable pipelines and dashboards
• Ensure governance and data integrity across the analytics ecosystem
• Mentor and enable stakeholders to use enterprise reports effectively
