Position Overview / Aperçu :

The Senior Manager will develop and implement strategic regional access plans to attain and maintain optimal reimbursement for patients in need of Pfizer oncology products in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and enhance stakeholder relationships and advocates to advance Pfizer’s oncology leadership position.

Core Responsibilities / Fonctions principales :

• Participate in the development of cross-functionally aligned access plans for Pfizer Oncology products and lead their implementation in western Canada.
• Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the provinces.
• Provide customer analysis and insights to ensure alignment of plans with health priorities.
• Co-create reimbursement and policy solutions to leverage opportunities and overcome access obstacles.
• Target investments effectively and adapt approaches as needed to promote successful outcomes.
• Collaborate across the business to ensure a cohesive approach to customer and brand activities.

Qualifications / Qualifications :

• University/Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer relations management in healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare landscape and drug plan decision-making.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of access conditions affecting patient outcomes.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and environments.
• Ability to establish and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Experience in pCPA negotiations and/or PLA management is an asset.
• Ability to influence in a highly matrixed environment.
• Team player with strong communication and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% within Canada.

Reporting / Supervision :

• Reports to Director, Access and Value, Public Sector.

The annual base salary ranges from 113,250 CAD to 188,750 CAD. This range applies only within Canada.
