Job summary

Collabera in Vancouver is seeking an experienced tax professional to lead engagements and ensure compliant tax delivery for clients.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of tax experience, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to manage resources and forecast needs while maintaining excellent client service. You will supervise staff and promote open communication to enhance service delivery.

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• A minimum of 5 years of tax experience
• Developing budgets, determining resource requirements, and directing engagements.
• Participating in managing a compliance groups by assisting with forecasting future planning, compliance and advisory work and delegating work effectively.
• Maintaining continuous communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring outstanding client service.
• Determining all information necessary to guarantee accurate tax compliance products.
• Formulating a plan to gather information. Overseeing the issues management process and adapt to challenges in the compliance process.
• Sharing knowledge to grow professionally while enhancing service delivery. -Facilitating open communication and supervising staff and peers.
