Job summary

Curaleaf International is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to own reliability and continuous improvement of our facility infrastructure and production systems. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, driving root-cause improvements while minimizing downtime.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will mentor junior staff, maintain auditable records, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years progressive industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Background in regulated production environments (cannabis/pharma) valued.
• Strong safety-minded and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and document preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance with CMMS.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Investigate recurring failures and drive improvements to reliability.
• Support on-call rotation for 24/7 operations.
