• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain large electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Calibrate instruments, gauges, and control components to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment for code compliance and safe operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
• Manage HVAC stock levels and materials to support ongoing maintenance.
• Lead by example and model CBRE's RISE values while meeting deadlines.

About the role:

As a CBRE HVAC Senior Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of HVAC and building control systems within a commercial facility. As part of CBRE's Engineering and Technical Services team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical and pneumatic controls that support heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. This hands-on role requires a strong technical aptitude, a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, managing inventory and maintenance priorities effectively, and demonstrating behaviors aligned with CBRE's RISE values.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain large electric or pneumatic control systems used for building.
• heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, Calibrate instruments, gauges, and control components.
• Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot difficult equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Manage HVAC stock levels for materials, supplies, and component needs on hand.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
