Job summary

Abcorp Na Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and strengthen our on-site maintenance function in a fast-paced plastic card manufacturing environment. You will supervise one electromechanical technician, drive the preventive maintenance program, and keep production equipment running at peak performance.

You will report to the Plant / Operations Manager and play a key role in safety compliance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills - motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, pneumatics.
  • Experience with CMMS systems and structured preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment, including collators, laminators, die cutters, presses, and personalization machines.
  • Lead and execute the preventive maintenance program; ensure PMs are completed on schedule.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general facility infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs; review and approve quotes to ensure cost-effective solutions.
