Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of planning experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of cement production processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to weekly maintenance planning with the planning team, detailing sequence, duration, personnel, and parts.
• Coordinate with other departments and organize personnel for repairs and major shutdowns.
• Assign daily work orders based on the weekly plan and assess risks and mitigation actions.
