Capgemini Canada is seeking a Senior Developer to work on a core mainframe cards and transactions system used by banking customers, with 24/7 availability for Online Banking, POS and ATM channels. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support software, lead critical audits, and coordinate with IT partners.

Strong COBOL/JCL/IMS and DB2 skills, plus Git/Endevor, are required; production support and after-hours readiness are essential.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education completed.
• Production support experience.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong mainframe maintenance background with COBOL/JCL/IMS.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, support and evolve software to deliver banking services.
• Lead conversion, attestation and audit initiatives.
• Assess and analyze business and technical requirements to provide estimates and plans.
• Create, update and contribute to critical project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and IT partners; after-hours support when needed.
