Job summary

Qualifications

• Readiness to address complex development issues and mentor others.
• Experience with Agile processes and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Detailed technical design, development, and maintenance of mainframe applications.
• Analyze impact, code, test, and implement changes for online and batch jobs.
• Lead technical aspects of projects from inception to deployment.
• Code reviews, environment management, and coordination with TEMT.
• Provide estimates, track defects, and mentor junior developers.
