Job summary

Lifestyle Options Retirement Communities is seeking a Dining Room Server to join our Whitemud team on a casual basis. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to residents and guests, maintain knowledge of daily menu items, and support dining room setup and cleaning under the Dining Room Supervisor.

You will provide a warm, welcoming dining experience, keep the dining areas clean, restock supplies, and ensure safety and health standards are followed in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexible and able to work well in diverse environments.
Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance, manners, and team-oriented attitude.
Able to interact with others respectfully and tactfully.

Responsibilities

Manage total meal service and the dining experience for residents.
Provide residents with a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Set up and maintain dining room cleanliness and service areas.
Serve food and beverages while clearly suggesting daily menu items.
Restock condiments, napkins, and placemats as needed.
Follow safety and health regulations and report concerns.
