Amica Glen Abbey in Oakville, ON is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead sales, marketing and promotions for a senior living community. You will aim to exceed occupancy targets and manage relationships with potential residents and their families.

You will develop and implement local marketing plans, coordinate events, present ROI in post-activity reports, and work with the General Manager and marketing team to grow community presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven relationship selling abilities.
• Experience developing and implementing sales/marketing plans and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing and managing budgets.
• Independent leader who works well in a team.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales, marketing and promotional activities for occupancy growth.
• Build relationships with potential residents and their families to promote Amica’s services.
• Develop and manage budgets for community marketing plans and events.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site events with the General Manager and Marketing team.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain the CRM database to track leads and occupancy.
