Qualifications

• Experience in insurance defence and construction litigation preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and excellent technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain document databases using eDiscovery software.
• Review files and ensure all relevant records are obtained.
• Assist counsel in preparing for mediations and trials.
• Draft and manage legal documentation.

Skills

5–10 years of relevant paralegal experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent document drafting abilities

Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, eDiscovery software

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Education

Completion of a Paralegal program
